THE PHYSICISTS

At a mental asylum in Europe, police investigate the murder of two nurses who were assigned to three inmates, all physicists: Mobius, Beutler, and Ernesti. Mobius imagines himself as in contact with King Solomon. Beutel and Ernesti maintain they are Newton and Einstein.

I began the concept design process with a moodboard study to for Europeam baroque architecture for the drawing room, and mid-century modern elemnts for the sun room. From there, I translated key ideas into 3D space and produced 2D drawings to clearly communicate the design language and intent.
