PRODUCTION DESIGNER
SEPHORA SQUAD 2026 LAUNCH EVENT (SEPHORA)
Sephora Squad 2026 Launch Event officially welcomed the newest class of creators into Sephora’s vibrant
community. Our mission was to get the Squad hyped and ready to roll with a high-energy, social-first, three-day experience featuring a welcome dinner, a brunch, and studio sessions –
all brought to life with diverse brand partners and speakers. Inspired by the worlds of print, press, and content creation, the event transformed creators into headline news,
culminating in their feature debut as the stars of a bold, buzzworthy News Drop.
As Lead Environmental Designer on the project, I played a key role in shaping and curating every 3D touchpoint under Katy’s creative direction — from designing dynamic,
immersive table layouts for the dinner and brunch events, to creating renders that clearly communicated our vision and intent. I also curated the finer details, including furniture and
décor selections for table scapes and brand booths, ensuring every element felt cohesive, elevated, and on-theme.

DAY 1 – WELCOME DINNER
Duke's @ Sunset Tower
Brand Partner – Fenty Beauty
We kicked off the celebration with the creators’ first toast at Duke’s, Sunset Tower’s newest hotspot. Co-hosted by Fenty Beauty, the night unfolded against luxe red tablescapes and layered brand moments – from custom cocktails and lush florals to curated product displays and an entry video moment.

DAY 2 – BRUNCH
CouCou in WeHo
Brand Partner – Caudalie
On the second day, the Squad headed to Cou Cou for a Morning brief inspired brunch, co-hosted by Caudalie. Creators bonded over a round of Never Have I Ever around custom newspaper-style menus, handwritten name cards, and curated Caudalie products and signature purple grapes that lined the tables.
DAY 2 – STUDIO SESSIONS
Sephora Studios
Brand Partners – Phlur, Ouai, Dr Idriss & Armani
Creators were greeted by a scene straight out of Sephora Street upon arrival to the studios – a wall of wheat-pasted posters featured the newest class of Squad members,
a flower-bombed bus shelter photo moment, and three streetfront inspired brand booths.
The brand booths were built in collaboration with our partner brands: Armani, Dr. Idriss, Ouai, and Phlur. Armani was inspired by a sleek high-end boutique,
Dr. Idriss a modern pharmacy, Ouai a chic hotel front, and Phlur an inviting café.
Finally, speakers presented against a beautiful stylized draped stage backdrop.
