IMPOSSIBLE FOODS (EXPO WEST)

Expo West in Anaheim, CA, is the premier trade show for the natural, organic, and healthy lifestyle industry. Impossible Foods. a leader in plant-based meat substitutes, sought a bold, butcher shop-inspired design to reimagine meat and showcase their rebrand.

Drawing inspiration from traditional European butcher shop facades and American-Italian restaurant interiors, theconcept for this booth featured a wood-and-glass storefront adorned with hand-painted signs, vintage-style posters, and classic butcher-shop flooring. Highlights included a custom mosaic entrance, maple butcher block tables, and a convenience-store-meets-deli photo moment. Inside, the space offered blackboard menus, a functional kitchen, snstalltions made out of colorful and branded utensil , and ample seating and standing areas for casual and business interactions.
